The Shelter is located at the corner of Bloomfield & 3rd Streets in Hoboken, just one block west of Washington Street (Hoboken’s main street). We are on the ground floor, below St. John’s Lutheran Church – the Shelter’s entrance is on 3rd Street down the wheelchair-accessible ramp. The Hoboken Terminal (PATH, buses, ferries, light rail, NJ Transit trains) is a 7–10 minute walk from the Shelter.
Walking from the Hoboken Terminal: Exit the terminal and cross Hudson Place; walk on River Street with the Hudson River on your right-hand side. Turn left on 3rd Street & walk away from the Hudson River. We are located at the corner of Bloomfield & 3rd Streets (with the entrance on 3rd Street down the wheelchair-accessible ramp).
Parking: Street parking is available, but you may have to look for a few minutes. Muni-Meters are located mid-blocks for paid street parking spots. The nearest parking garage is on Hudson Street between 2nd & 3rd streets.
